"Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart.” – Carl Jung.

I believe introspection and self-awareness are the key to finding self-acceptance and peace.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My education consists of: a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Saint Vincent College, and a Masters of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University.

With over ten years of experience in the mental health field, my diverse background allows me to collaborate with individuals from a holistic, strength-based perspective. I utilize a psychodynamic, solution-focused and client centered framework when working with clients. My eclectic experience consists of working with individuals with issues such as: depression, anxiety, career exploration/transitions, forensic issues, trauma, personality disorders and addiction. I believe a solid and collaborative therapeutic relationship is key to success in treatment. Collectively, we can work to create a positive path to your comfort to achieve greater happiness and healing.

I have completed Level 1 Training of Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and utilize this method when working with couples!

In my free time, I love to spend time with my blended family, instruct fitness classes, run races, and surround myself in nature as much as possible.
