Operations Manager

Hello! My name is Lauren and I am the Operations Manager at Sanderson Psychological. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in marketing and finance. During my time at Pitt, I completed two internships; my first being a marketing internship with the University of Pittsburgh Athletics Department. My second internship was in Payroll and Benefits at Ariba. Since graduation, I have developed a very wide variety of experience including event planning, people experience, onboarding, project management, content development, relationship management and process development. You can say I'm a bit of a jack of all trades.

Outside of work, I like to spend time with my family as I have 2 little boys. My husband and I spend most of our time attending our children's numerous activities. I am also the Vice President of the Parent Teacher Organization at their elementary school so I am at the school quite often. I also enjoy going on vacation as much as possible and sneaking in some fun wherever I can.
