Lindsey Colgrove, Psychology Intern
Hi, my name is Lindsey Colegrove and I am a master's-level student at Chatham University's Counseling Psychology program! Prior to my internship, I have spent years working within victim advocacy providing guidance and support to children, caregivers, and adult survivors as they navigate the criminal justice system. My experience within advocacy has shaped my trauma-informed, person-centered approach to therapy. I believe in meeting people where they're at in their journey, helping them address their unique experiences and challenges, and identify ways to make life feel a little easier-one day at a time. I am committed to providing a non-judgmental, safe, and affirming space for individuals of all races, genders, and backgrounds to ensure every person feels heard, validated, and respected. Outside of the professional space, I love to read, binge TV shows, and bake.
