As Operations Manager at Sanderson Psychological, I focus on keeping the day-to-day operations of the practice running smoothly and creating systems that make things easier for both our team and our clients. I work across many areas of the practice, including streamlining processes, supporting billing and client care functions, coordinating administrative needs, and assisting with marketing initiatives. I enjoy finding ways to simplify processes, improve organization, and help our team work more efficiently so our providers can stay focused on delivering quality care.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where I majored in Marketing and Finance. Throughout my adult career, I’ve gained experience across a variety of business roles, which, combined with my education, has given me a well-rounded perspective and a strong foundation in organization, problem-solving, and business operations.

Outside of work, my two young boys keep me very busy! They are both active in sports, so when I’m not at the office, you can usually find me on the sidelines cheering them on. I enjoy spending time with my family and supporting my boys in all of their activities.
