Kristina Gustovich, MS, LSW

Hi! I’m Kristina, a Licensed Social Worker who primarily provides individual therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 6–21. I have worked as a School Social Worker and School Therapist for the past three years, and before that spent several years working in crisis intervention.

I use a mix of approaches depending on what works best for each person, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based techniques, and play therapy. In sessions, we work on understanding emotions, building confidence, and learning practical coping skills that can be used in everyday life. I work with clients who may be struggling with things like anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, school stress, relationship challenges, and life stressors.

My goal is to create a supportive and comfortable space where clients feel heard, build confidence, and develop practical coping skills they can use in their everyday lives.

Outside of work, I’m a mom who loves reading, trying out new coffee shops, thrifting, camping, spending time outside in my garden, and taking care of my chickens.
