Christina Sullivan, M.A., LPC, NCC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been working in the mental health field for the last 13 years. I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology and sociology from Washington & Jefferson College and earned my master's degree in counseling from Waynesburg University. I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings over the years, including inpatient, outpatient community mental health centers, and private practice.

I help individuals manage anxiety, stress, depression, OCD, grief, relationship challenges, and more by providing a compassionate and supportive space. My approach aims to help clients gain a better understanding of their experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and build stronger emotional resilience. I draw from evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP), while also tailoring my approach to meet each person's unique needs and experiences. Together, I hope to help you achieve your goals, regain a sense of control, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my friends and family. I love to read, listen to podcasts, discover new music, and spend quality time with my two young boys.
