I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National CertifiedCounselor. I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counselingfrom California University of Pennsylvania and a Master's inCriminology from Saint Vincent College.
I work primarily with adults and adolescents (16+) navigating a rangeof mental health challenges, with a particular passion for supportingthose who have experienced trauma. I specialize in helping individualsimpacted by narcissistic abuse and trauma, holding formalcertifications in both areas, and I am currently pursuing a doctoratein Counselor Education and Supervision.
In therapy, I create a safe, supportive, and empowering space whereyou can explore your experiences, heal, and grow. I walk alongside youas you make sense of the past, build resilience, and reconnect withyour sense of personal agency. I work with a wide range of diagnosesand concerns, helping you explore your well-being, uncover yourstrengths, and take ownership of your healing and life direction.Outside of work, I love hanging out with my dog, taking time to carefor my mind and body, watching movies, exploring the outdoors, andunwinding with a good cup of coffee.
